My
PIN and ATM-CARD are hacked
at Naivas Shopping Mall in Nyali, KCB/Nyali branch.
The PIN for my ATM-CARD is
hacked at KCB/Nyali branch in Naivas
Shopping mall.
On the 18th of May, 2016
I`ve tried to pick up money from the ATM at Naivas,
outside KCB Nyali branch in Mombasa.
I went through the steps and entered the
PIN, amount and ->
the ATM started making noises like
counting the money but all over a sudden it stopped. No money is coming out!
I get scared and went directly to KCB
branch next door.
I told the employee from
KCB what happened and that for security he please shall lock my card. Because
I`m on safari in the next days, I cannot control what will happen and the next
3 month I don`t need my card.
He takes my ATM-card, and
then he checked something with his computer. Instead of locking the card he
gave it back, told me not to be worried, he has solved the mistake and I should
go outside for picking up the money.
My PIN and card has been
hacked by skimming or another technology and only some days later they plunder
my account.
It looks like there is a
criminal organization who places cameras, scanners or who has access to
the ATMīs in Nyali. In my case they picked up the money in Malindi
to hide their origin.
Too I cannot understand
why the employee at KCB in Nyali refused to lock my card.
Who else has similar
experience in the last months with the ATM at Naivas /
Nyali (Mombasa)?
I hope you understand that I can accept only serious responses. So
please send me your full name, phone and email for proving. Too please make a
copy of the bank statement from the amount which is stolen and the date (only
from that, I donīt want to know how much is in your account).
